How long will it take to get my order?
Transit time depends on where the shipping address is located. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and transit times vary from 1 to 6 business days. Delivery details will be provided in the tracking email you receive once the package has been scanned in by the carrier.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. During checkout, there are Express options including 2Day and Overnight. Please note that express service does not run during the weekend. Please email us if you have any questions: [email protected]
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use FedEx and UPS for our deliveries. If you would like a specific carrier used for your order, please email us.
How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change the shipping address after an order has been placed, please call or email us as soon as you can with the correct address.
In the event that the address request is received after a package is in transit, we can only reroute the package to an address within the same state. If needing to reroute to a different state, the package needs to be returned to our facility and reshipped. In that situation, additional shipping fees may be applied.
Can I return my product?
We always want to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. Each situation is different, and some might require an additional shipping cost.
Can I have my order personalized?
We offer gift wrap and gift notes for our wine selection. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there. Gift notes can be added on the cart page.
Can you ship to a PO box?
We cannot ship to a PO box, as a signature is required upon delivery.
Hold Location Shipping
We now offer the convenient option of shipping directly to a hold location! When checking out you will have the option to look up your closest available locations to have your package held for pick up. The carriers will hold it for 5 days before it is returned to the shipper.
How can I track my order?
After your shipment leaves our facility and is scanned in by the carrier you will receive an automated tracking email at night with the tracking information enclosed.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll gladly exchange it for you. If you never received your order due to damage during transit, we can also assist with reships.

Do I need an account to checkout?
While we recommend setting up an account on our site, it is not required to checkout.
Is my credit card information stored on your website?
No. We do not save payment or credit card information on our website.
