1. Shipping Rates
We offer some of the best shipping rates in the industry!

2. Wine Shipping
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within a few days. You will receive an automated tracking email, so check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive it within a couple of days.
- Shipping Times:
- Midwest States: 1-3 Business Days
- East Coast States: 2-4 Business Days
- West Coast States: 4-6 Business Days
- Delivery Requirements: Wine is delivered through our network via common carriers. We prefer a daytime office/work address for timely delivery. You must be 21 or older to receive a wine shipment, and an adult signature over 21 is required.
3. Delivery Attempts and Hold Locations
- Delivery Attempts: FedEx and UPS will make 3 attempts to deliver your package. If you are unable to sign for the package, we can arrange for it to be held at a local FedEx/UPS location for pick-up. These carriers will hold packages for 5 days before returning them to us. If a shipment is returned to us for reasons other than damage, we reserve the right to charge return or reshipment fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Shipping Direct to Hold Location
We offer the option to ship directly to thousands of hold locations where you can pick up your package within 5 days of its arrival. This option is available during checkout. Please bring your ID and tracking number when picking up your package.
5. Express Shipping
Express shipping options are available during checkout. If you need Saturday delivery, please contact us for a quote, as express shipments are typically only delivered Monday through Friday.
6. Wine Packaging
All packages are shipped using 100% recyclable pulp and double-walled boxes to prevent breakage.
7. Extreme Weather Shipping
In cases of extreme heat or cold, we may hold packages in climate-controlled locations until weather conditions are more favorable to ensure your wine arrives in good condition. PLEASE NOTE – IF DELIVERY ATTEMPTS ARE MISSED BY THE CUSTOMER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER DAMAGE.
8. No-Ship States
- We currently do not ship alcohol to AL, MI, MS, UT, HI, or AK.
- We do NOT ship to PO Boxes.
